Hey guys!
Just wanted to let you know that things are still the same. No baby yet! But, I did add some pictures onto the blog that I hope you'll take a look at. It actually wasn't that hard to do!
My love to everyone at the school who is still there. For those who have gone I hope that you have arrived home safely!

HI everyone! I'm just sitting here at home waiting for this baby to come. I htought it was coming last week as there were some changes going on but ...nothing! I had a dream last night that it was a girl, a really big girl. I have had time to get everything ready for the baby's room and I have slept a lot.
I wanted to let everyone know that I miss you and will come to visit soon. Let me know about where the Farewell parties are and you never know, maybe I'll show up. So, English only and keep having fun. Hugs and kisses to everyone!

I'm sure some of you feel the same as me. This weekend we said goodbye to Kei. Kei was here for almost 1 year and she made many good friends here at ESH. I think everyone will miss her very much, but it is good that she had such a good time and made everyone feel very welcome when they arrived. It's amazing how much you can grow to like someone even if you only see them during classtime. We really are like a family here! So, good luck to all those who are arriving and an extra bit if luck to those who are leaving.

As most of you know, at the end of every month we have a small celebration for the Student of the Month. One student from every class is chosen as the student who has worked the hardest and has success. This student has also participated in school and classroom activities, spoken English all the time and has had great attendance.
I would like to congraulate this month's(February) students of the Month.
Victor-Beginner class. You are such a great and enthusiastic guy. You participate in so many of the activities and even though it is hard for you to speak English all the time you try your best. Good Job. Keep it up
Lucy- Intermediate class. You are such a sweet young woman. You have put in a lot of effort while you have been here. Even though you are leaving soon, we all know that you will continue to practice hard and learn more English. We will miss you.
Paul- Hi-Intermediate. Paul, I love that you ask so many questions and are always thinking of new ways to say things in English. You energize the class and always do well on your tests. Good work!
Yong-Ho- Advanced class. You work hard and have a great sense of humour. Your attendance is good and you go on as many activities as you can. We will miss you too!
Juliana- Hi Advanced Class. Juliana you are such an energetic young woman. You love to try new things and we appreciate you being involved in almost all the activities and encouraging others to do so aswell. You always speak in English and that's what keeps you improving more an more. Keep up the good work.
To all those you still strive to be the Student of the Month, keep trying and work hard. Attendance is very important not only for being involved but continuously learning too. Good luck in March.

HI there,
Yesterday I went for a pregnancy massage. It was sooo good. Not only did I get a good rub but i learned a few tidbits of information. Did you know that if your baby is not in the right position you can have your baby toe wiggled and the baby will move into a different position 90% of the time. Did you also know that watermelon is good for heartburn( a common porblem for expectant mothers). Anyway, I havn't experimented with a lot of different massages but I'd like to try Thai massage! Chat soon!

HI everyone! So, last week Lila came to and said that I needed to use cloth diapers with my baby when he/she comes. I agree that cloth diapers are better for the environment but they are more expensive and smelly! I could get a diaper service but I want my child to be in his/her personal diapers not ones used by other children. So my dilemma is too spend a lot more money and help the enviroment or spend less money and save on pollution?! Cloth diapers also keep the baby uncomfortable longer throughout the day because they are not dry! Anyhow, this is my problem for now.

Hi there,
I know that most people know that I am having a baby at the end of June or early July. I am very excited about it. I am not showing very much yet, but it if fun to see some changes in my body and in my mood. I am reading about a lot of interesting things about how babies grow. If you have any interesting stories, not scary ones, then I would love to hear them. I will try to put a picture up soon of the little one.
I will also put up a poll to see what you think it wil be....boy or girl????
Talk to you soon.

HI there everyone,
My name is Alison Waite. I am a teacher at ESH. I teach the High Intermediate class right now. I have been married for one year and I love living in Toronto. Teaching ESL is a passion of mine because I get to learn all about other cultures and meet many great people. I love to talk about many different topics and make people laugh. My hobbies include walking on nature trails, playing with my husky, and shopping. I have tried many times to be organized enough to do scrapbooking but I never seem to find the time! Have any of you ever scapbooked before, because I would love to hear some ideas. I love to listen to all kinds of music. What are some music artists you recommend? Well that's it for now. I keep in touch. To all those whom I've said goodbye to, I will miss you. To all those whom I haven't met yet, I look forward to meeting and becoming friends with you. And to those whom are still here, I'll see ya around.
